Dangote University Addresses Backlog of Unauidted Accounts
The management of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH) has revealed that it inherited a backlog of unaudited accounts.
According to the university's Deputy Registrar and Head of Information, Media and Public Relations Unit, Abdullahi Datti, the management engaged external auditors to audit and release the accounts to the public.
The union had accused the university’s management of non-release of audited accounts.
Datti described the allegations as unfounded, stating that the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) intended to misinform the public and the Kano State government.
