California Democrats Urge Voting on Prop 50
Assemblymember Gregg Hart, co-author of Prop 50, encourages people to vote in the Special Election.
In response to Texas adding conservative seats to the House of Representatives, California Democrats, including Hart and State Senator Monique Limón, worked to introduce Prop 50.
"It is a really important election and I'm glad that we are going to be celebrating soon, the polls are still open, we want people to get out and vote,"
said Hart, who represents the 37th District. Prop 50 authorizes temporary changes to Congressional Districts Maps.
Hart and Limón are among the Democrats who co-authored Proposition 50, the only issue on the California Special Election ballot.
