Antalis has acquired Texo Trade Services (TTS), a Dutch manufacturer of print media and textiles. This strategic acquisition, announced on 4 November, strengthens Antalis’ foothold in the European market.
The deal supports Antalis’ goal to enhance its position in the Visual Communication sector, a key area for the group’s growth. Previously, Antalis expanded in this field by acquiring Integart in Poland, Club Groupe and Poitoo Adhésifs in France, and Fortuna across the Adriatic region.
