Ben Shapiro of The Daily Wire dedicated his entire Monday show to sharply criticizing Nick Fuentes and Tucker Carlson. He introduced the topic as the most significant issue currently facing the country.

Shapiro explained that this division is deliberately caused by a splinter group led by Nick Fuentes, known as the Groypers. According to Shapiro, the group promotes hatred against women, Jews, Hindus, many Christians, people of color, and opposes America’s foreign policy and constitution. They also express admiration for authoritarian figures like Hitler and Stalin.
Tucker Carlson’s Role in Normalization
Shapiro accused Tucker Carlson of facilitating and normalizing this extremist faction within the mainstream Republican Party. He labeled Carlson an intellectual coward and dishonest communicator, criticizing his association with these views.
“That splinter faction is now being facilitated and normalized within the mainstream Republican Party. The main agent in that normalization is Tucker Carlson, who is an intellectual coward, a dishonest interlocutor, and a terrible friend.”
Shapiro further stated that Carlson was supported by the Heritage Foundation, a key traditional right organization, in promoting these extremist ideas.
“Tucker Carlson last week was aided, abetted, celebrated for normalizing Nazism within the Republican Party by the mainstay organization of the traditional right, the Heritage Foundation.”
