London police discovered a small marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff spotted the helpless animal on July 18. The animal was frightened and had any food or water while shivering. It withstood the difficult ordeal. Animal advocates labeled it an criminal abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers found a previously unknown monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery occurred during a standard survey in the Congo Basin.
